We are a Child Safe Organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children and young people.

Under the Human Rights Act 2019, Alternate Care Plus has an obligation to act in a way that is compatible with human rights and when making a decision, to give proper consideration to human rights. We actively listen to children and young people, involve them in decisions that affect them and respond to their views with respect and care.
